I can't wait for the snow to snowmobile but the frozen water thing not so much.

 Speaking of Joshua, he can make some real mean steaks! 

(Gotta have the caramelized onions to go on top though😉)

He wanted to use our grassfed beef steaks to practice a few different marinating methods to possibly help with the toughness of the steaks. So far a few worked in making the steak more tender and moist but we've come to think that grassfed beef steaks are just too hard to tenderize. Anyone else encounter this issue with grassfed beef?!

 With all this sunshine and warmer temps I've been walking a lot. Its refreshing to get out and stretch the legs and watch the busy farmers combining.

Dusk is my favorite time to walk due to quieter roads and epic views like this!
